Redesigned from the ground up, the Pivot Nvision is the standard for a high-performance true all around kite. Aluula and Quadtex canopy combine for the most durable premium kite on the market all while delivering unprecedented speed and responsiveness. A full 50 percent lighter leading edge than its dacron counterpart, the Pivot Nvision excels in light wind, while still holding its shape for the windiest days. Quick recovery from kite loops, vertical jumps every time, and crisp and instant bar feedback, this kite is your ultimate progression partner no matter your discipline. Determined to not skimp on any construction methods we developed proprietary seam construction techniques that ensure each seam is stronger than the material itself.
The Pivot Nvision is not just a gear upgrade. It is the only kite you will ever need.
Helium Frame A new, improved frame design using stiff Aluula allows for a robust frame with a smaller leading edge diameter. Aluula Leading Edge and Struts Stiff and light construction. NEW- Bladder Cap Construction The new wingtip bladder is designed to withstand higher leading-edge pressures. Swift Tips The new wingtip construction is 30% stronger than previous versions while being lighter and using less dacron. The canopy now extends all the way to the Leading Edge, giving the kite a more streamlined look and performance benefits such as more direct turning. Lightweight Aerodynamic Bridles Our new NVision kites bridle system utilizes high-quality TLS400 flying lines. This new feature dramatically decreases air and water drag. Optimized Aspect Ratios & Draft Provide a more comfortable all-around user experience, tailored specifically by kite size. Radial Segmented Arc Short linear segments accurately form the kite's arch - the kites have multiple panels to reduce sharp edges on the kite’s arc. Diagonal Load Seam A seam from the steering line to the heart of the kite distributes kite tension for a more powerful and well-balanced kite. Trailing-Edge Flutter Dispersion The trailing edge has a 2-ply QuadTex construction with flutter dispersing triangles, giving a tighter canopy and enhanced durability. | Quad-Tex Ripstop Fabric The Quad-Tex Ripstop fabric is the strongest and stiffest canopy on the market. Quad-Tex withstands punishing conditions while maintaining high-performance characteristics over the long term. Progressive Profile Evolving the profile along the wingspan allows the center sections of the kite to generate power while the flatter tips minimize drag and allow for faster turning. Aramid Bumpers Protect the kite from wear and tear during launching and landing. Molded Strut Ends The molded strut ends provide additional reinforcements to protect the center strut from natural wear and tear. Aramid Patches Provide protection and reinforcement to the seams on the leading edge. HT Plus Seam Our high-tenacity thread strengthens the leading edge along the seam, allowing you to confidently inflate your kite to a higher pressure for better flying performance. SureLock Valve Streamlined valve and pump hose locks to the valve. One-Point Inflation System Our one-point inflation system provides quick and easy inflation and deflation of the kite. |

QUAD-TEX
Our canopies are made out of Teijin Quad-tex, specifically developed with Naish to provide a rigid and responsive feel, also lasting over time to provide you with the same direct feel after one session or 100 sessions. Quad-tex is coated using a patented procedure, keeping the coating bonded and fresh on the material after prolonged UV and wind exposure. The 4x4 yarns provide a balanced, low stretch characteristic, maintaining the kites profile exactly how it was designed. Quad-tex is the highest quality canopy available on the market.
The gear you know and love, reimagined. The Aluula material amplifies the playful and high performance characteristics you have come to love in Naish products.
It's extremely light weight.
Typical Dacron weighs around 160 gsm, whereas Aluula Gold comes in at a mere 82 gsm. That is half the weight! When thinking about things that fly, it would be an overstatement to say that “weight matters”. Not only does this weight savings make the overall feel of a kite more spry and lively, it also helps performance immensely in marginal wind conditions. A lightweight yet responsive kite really helps make more drive/power in the kite both in light wind and stronger conditions.
It's insanely rigid.
Not only is the Aluula fabric significantly stronger in warp and weft orientations, its tensile strength is upwards of 5 times stronger than traditional Dacron. This helps significantly with overall frame rigidity, allowing for us to build more intuitively reactive and aerodynamically efficient structures. Lightning fast turn response is the hallmark of Aluula Gold, all thanks to its efficient transfer of energy and loads throughout the kite's more robust frame.
It lasts.
With its extremely high tear, puncture, and abrasion resistance, the Aluula Gold material is extremely durable. The woven strand “core” material is up to 8x stronger than steel of the same diameter. When combined with the high tensile strength of the outer laminate layers we have a material specifically designed to maximize durability over the complete life span of the kite.
Aluula is hydrophobic.
This may seem like a negligible feature, but its resistance to taking on any additional water keeps the material from gaining un wanted weight from the absorption of water. Not only does this help keep your kite dry and lightweight, but the material also doesn’t promote the growth of organic materials, aka no moldy kites.
It has top level UV resistance.
Again, like its hydrophobic nature, its amazing UV resistance can be easily overlooked. However, nothing destroys kites and wings faster than the harsh UV exposure from long hours in the sun. Most windsports are performed during the daylight hours, therefore the gear is subjected to plenty of harsh hours of UV. This ultimately degrades the strength, responsiveness, and durability of the material resulting in overall performance losses. Thanks to its advanced and durable UV coatings, the Aluula Gold material will extend the life of your kite much longer than a traditional Dacron kite.
