What is happening
We strongly advise you to upgrade the SYNC quick release. This applies to Naish SYNC Bars and Torque 3 Bars. Although most users have no issues, incorrect handling can bend the internal spring and may affect the release function.
What we are doing
We are offering a free upgrade by replacing the quick release to a proven design. This design has been used for years across the industry and is extensively tested. Naish will replace the quick release on all affected SYNC Bars and Torque 3 Bars in circulation free of charge.

Step 1. Register your bar
Contact the shop where you bought it. And bring your bar to this shop, or to your nearest Naish dealer. They will arrange the replacement of the quick release with Kubus Sports.
Step 2. Naish upgrades your bar
We replace the quick release system with the new design.
Step 3. Receive your upgraded bar back
We ship it back to you or your dealer, depending on the option you choose.
