PERFORMANCE SURF

The Hover Ascend Surf range is a specialized collection of surf foil boards that has gone through an evolutionary process over the past few years. We have incorporated various novel components while maintaining our existing volume and outline flow. The presence of a nose grab recess area makes it easy to duck dive these boards and also offers additional traction when initiating take-offs. For performance riders, such as Austin Kalama, this unique feature provides increased grip when performing strapless airs. By repositioning the tail kick further back, we have been able to increase the waterline affecting the flow volume. This gives the boards a touch more glide and makes it easier to get into waves, while still providing the tail release to easily get up on the foil. We accentuated the bottom nose shaping by increasing the V with a double concave, which makes touchdowns even smoother and allows riders to keep maximum control. Moreover, the new subtle tail channel gives more control during critical takeoffs while creating an optimized and level flying experience once on the foil; making the Hover Surf Ascend is the ultimate surf foiling tool.
