PSYCHO RIDE & WIN

1. General

• This promotion is organized by Naish, represented by Kubus Sports BV, in collaboration with participating shops and official Naish demo days. In these terms and conditions, Naish is referred to as "the Promoter."
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Who Can Participate?

• Participants must be at least 18 years old on the date of entry.
• Participants must reside in a country where the promotion is valid.
• Employees of The Promoter, participating retailers, and their immediate families are excluded from participation.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. How Does It Work?

• Test the all-new PSYCHO big air kite at a participating shop or during an official Naish demo day.
• Complete the online feedback form to enter.
• By participating, you are automatically entered into the prize draw for a chance to win a brand-new Naish Motion twintip – size 138cm.

4. Liability

• Participation and kite testing are entirely at your own risk. The Promoter and participating retailers are not responsible for any injury, accidents, or damage resulting from participation in this promotion.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable weather conditions for kite testing and are taking necessary safety precautions, including wearing proper safety gear.
• The Promoter is not liable for any failure of entry submission or technical issues preventing participation in the promotion.

5. Prizes & Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries at the end of the promotion period.
• The winner will be contacted personally via the contact details provided in their entry. The winner must respond within 5 working days to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner will be chosen.
• The prize is a 2025 Naish Motion twintip, size 138cm, and is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
• In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
• The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection process.

6. Privacy

• By entering this promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting you if you win.
• The Promoter will not share your personal data with any third parties, except where necessary for fulfilling the prize or as required by law.
• If you are the winner, your name and entry may be announced publicly through Naish’s social media platforms, website, or other marketing channels.

7. Promotion Duration

• The promotion starts on April 10, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

9. Force Majeure

• The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to fulfil the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

10. Other Terms

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time if deemed necessary.
• In cases not covered by these terms, the Promoter will make the final decision.
