UPGRADING WITH THE CONVERSION KIT

Phase 1 | February and March 2025: Use replacement parts for end users with issues
1. Out of precaution, keep the affected Naish Sync Bars immediately in stock.
2. Inform existing customers who purchased an affected bar about the service notice.
3. Ensure your staff is trained to inspect and replace affected parts.
4. Submit a replacement request by e-mail to replenish spare parts stock.

Phase 2 | April and May 2025: Start upgrading all Naish Sync Bars with the conversion kit

2. Receive conversion kit
We will ship the Naish Sync Bar conversion kits to you promptly. The number of
conversion kits that you will receive is equal to the products that you have bought.

3. How to upgrade with the conversion kit
Watch instruction video ‘how to upgrade with the conversion kit’. Replacement parts
should only be installed by Naish partners to ensure proper functionality.

4. Start upgrading: Naish Sync Bars in hands of end users
Inform end users who purchased a Naish Sync Bar and tell them to come in for the
upgrade with the conversion kit. You can use this webpage to inform the customer.

5. Start upgrading: Naish Sync Bars in stock
Start upgrading the Naish Sync Bars that you have in stock.

6. Contact your Sales Agent. Keep us in the loop on the process and feedback of customers. Please make sure you copy in:

7. Start selling upgraded Naish Sync Bars
When the current stock is upgraded, you can start promoting and selling the product
again.

How do I get the conversion kit?
We will ship the Naish Sync Bar conversion kits to you for the products that you have. Kubus Sports covers the costs for shipping it to you.

What should I do if I receive an end user inquiry about the issue?
Direct customers to your store for inspection. If they cannot visit a store, direct them to the official Naish service page. Provide upgrading services free of charge.

Do all future bars from Naish that are shipped to me also require conversion?
All future bars will have been adjusted to meet our quality standards and will be fitted with the latest line organizer, center bearing, spring and lever.

How do I know if my Naish Sync Bar is affected?
Check the serial number on your bar. Affected bars fall within the range N047624 - N048270. If unsure, visit a Naish store for inspection.

Following up on the service notice, we have identified and resolved the issues through the Naish Sync Bar conversion kit. We strongly recommend using this kit.

What is in the Naish Sync Bar conversion kit?
The conversion kit comes in the bag pictured below. All the parts needed for the upgrade are in there with some extra tools (some lines and a pin) to make the upgrade process as easy as possible. Please find all bag contents pictured below.
