QUICK RELEASE MECHANISM

We have identified that, in some use cases, the quick release mechanism may not function as expected. We found that this issue is related to incorrect insertion of the trim loop. This can cause the metal spring to bend and the quick release to perform outside of the release and reconnect parameters as set by our quality assurance process.

• When inserting the trim loop into the quick release, avoid using excessive force. Reloading should be effortless, as applying too much force may cause the spring to bend.
• A spring that is bent may affect the consistent performance of the quick release, leading to potential malfunctions.
• If the quick release is not consistent, it should be replaced to maintain proper functionality and safety.
• Replacement springs are readily and free of charge available and easy to install by your Naish store to ensure continued reliability and safety.

Line organizer and powerlines

In rare cases, we have identified a burr in the line organizer that may cause wear on your powerlines, potentially leading to damage on the powerlines. If wear occurs, it is usually detectable through a visual inspection.

• Regularly inspect your powerlines for signs of wear or damage.
• The burr in the line organizer is caused by a production inconsistency. To prevent this issue, we have developed an improved line organizer for future batches.
• New, quality checked and tested line organizers are available and easy to replace.
