Naish Boards Take Top Honors At The 2014 Cyprus SUP CUP In Pancyprian

Race #1 of the 2014 Cyprus SUP CUP, the Pancyprian SUP CUP, was carried out with great success at “The Spot”, Kiti beach, on Sunday July 6, 2014.

Strong winds in the marine area of the Larnaca Bay were blowing from the early hours, forcing event organizers to adjust the racing grounds and limit it to 2 km (requiring athletes registered for the 4km event to repeat the 2 km two times). Fighting against the wind and waves, all but two participants and their plethora of Naish SUP boards crossed the finish line with bucket loads of pride and ear-to-ear grins for achieving their goal.

An amazing finish in challenging conditions! Congratulations to all participants!

The 2nd race of the Cyprus SUP CUP will take place on Sunday, September 7th in Limassol and the 3rd & final race on Sunday, October 5th at “The Spot”, Kiti Beach.
