Our 2-yeard board warranty offers protection against major defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring you can enjoy your kiteboarding adventures worry-free.
Here's what we cover:
- Regular use and even those unexpected crashes in the water.
- Broken boards, cracked cores or top sheets, delamination, and damaged inserts.
While we want to provide the best coverage possible, there are a few exceptions to keep in mind. The following items are not covered by our warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or impact with objects other than water.
- Use of footstraps and screws other than Naish.
- Dents or scratches on the deck or bottom surface.
- Issues resulting from excessive sun exposure.
- Damage due to improper storage, handling, or insufficient maintenance.
- Continuing to use the board after a defect or damage becomes apparent.
- Defects caused by modifications made to the board.
- Normal wear and tear associated with regular use.
