The Hui was calling this the “Biggest Race in the World”, with over 600 competitors. Conditions were good and Naish rider (and Oahu native) Noa Ginella used his local knowledge (riding a Naish 14’0″ Javelin) on the 7 mile long course from Turtle Bay to Waimea Bay to beat all SUP riders, including all the paddlers in the open division! This is Noa’s third win on the Javelin 14’0″ in the past 5 days. Congratulations, Noa!
Next up is the Kline man race on Oahu this Saturday and the second leg of the Triple Crown series on Maui on Sunday.
