A Guide to Finding Your Perfect Match in the Naish Lineup

2. Global - Performance Down-the-Line Wave Riding

Naish’s most surf-inspired board, the Global thrives in solid swell and clean wave conditions. Narrow, fast, and precise - ideal for powered turns and speed. The Global is great for those riders who like to be really powered from their kite and be active with their kite. The sizes are smaller to hold down power.

3. Fish - Small Wave Glide & Light Wind Carving

The Fish brings a retro-inspired shape to the Naish lineup with tons of float, early planing, and down-the-line glide. Its wide outline and flatter rocker make it ideal for lighter wind and mushier waves. For those who use the power of the wave and keep their kite more quiet.  Comes in bigger sizes to keep speed through turns and ride well at lower speeds. The Fish is also awesome as a surfboard, so you can go on the hunt with just one board under your arm.

4. Kokomo - Stay Locked In & Ride Powered

The Kokomo is easy to ride, easy to go upwind, great for tight turns, and helps riders stay locked in during the session. The Kokomo is also perfect for riders who like to be powered and ride hard in proper swell. It’s similar to the Fish in that it’s a great board also for surfing.

Best for: Style-first carving, small surf, creative strapless flow
Sizes: 5'4", 5'8"
Ride it if: You want something different - something that rides like art.

Choosing the Right Size for You

When choosing size, think about your:

• Weight - Heavier riders may benefit from a slightly longer board with more volume

• Wind Conditions - Light wind = more length/volume; Strong wind = smaller board

• Skill Level - Beginners should size up slightly for forgiveness and early planing

• Style Focus - Freestyle = small; Surf = tuned to wave size and control. Perfect if you like to ride with lots of power in your kite and actively fly your kite or use the power of the wave and drift the kite.

• Under 70 kg (155 lbs) → 4'10"–5'4"

• 70-85 kg (155–185 lbs) → 5'2"–5'6"

• 85+ kg (185+ lbs) → 5'6"+
