WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for being a Naish customer. We understand that having issues with your gear can be frustrating and inconvenient. We will respond to you as quickly as possible and will do our best to get you taken care of in a fair and timely manner. Over the years we have streamlined our warranty process, though due to volume it may take us up to 7 days to respond.

POLICY

Naish offers warranty to the original purchaser on products purchased through authorized Naish dealers.

• 1-year warranty on all complete products (kites, wings, sails, boards, foils, paddles, control bars)
• 90-day warranty on kite accessories, SUP accessories + spare parts
• 2-year warranty on all twintips

The warranty period begins at point of purchase (receipt required) and covers all manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects are determined at Naish's discretion. If a problem is deemed a valid warranty claim, Naish will decide whether to repair or replace the product. Proof of destruction may be required in order to proceed with the warranty.

In the forms, please include:

1. Picture(s) of the damage/claim for warranty
2. Picture of the serial number
3. Picture or screenshot of the original receipt with date of purchase visible

The more information (including pictures) you provide, the easier it will be for us to process your claim and get you back on the water.
